Market Expansion & Revenue Growth
• Own and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly quotas related to network expansion and commercial enablement.
• Identify and pursue commercial buildings, landlords, and developers within proximity to the Ezee Fiber network.
• Drive strategic footprint expansion through joint trench, commercial new build, and redevelopment opportunities.
• Research, qualify, and advance commercial development projects for internal review and execution.
Landlord & Developer Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, developers, and commercial builders.
• Secure landlord access agreements and partnership approvals to support network expansion.
• Communicate the value of partnering with Ezee Fiber on commercial fiber build opportunities.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that support Ezee Fiber’s growth objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Engineering, Construction, Project Management, and Sales to ensure feasibility, alignment, and successful project completion.
• Liaise with sales leadership to communicate newly enabled (“lit”) buildings and priority sales targets.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales Channels, and Local Market Engagement teams on builder events, marketing initiatives, and community outreach.
• Work with local operations to address and resolve issues raised by builders, customers, or municipal stakeholders.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
• Provide regular daily and weekly updates on pipeline activity, project status, and expansion progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of opportunities, agreements, and forecasts in CRM systems.
• Gather and share market intelligence related to competitors, new developments, and commercial growth opportunities.
