Education & Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in direct sales, door-to-door (D2D) sales, or field sales, preferably within telecommunications, cable, wireless, or related industries. 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing sales representatives or field sales teams.
• Direct/outside sales experience in the telecommunications, pest control, or solar industries preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (MVR).
• History of achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capacity to work autonomously and maintain self-driven motivation.
• Proficiency in organization and adeptness in troubleshooting are crucial.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills are essential.
