1. Web Dashboard Development:
   • Design, develop, and maintain interactive web dashboards for monitoring and analyzing system performance, usage metrics, and other key indicators.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and visually appealing dashboards.
   • Optimize dashboard performance and ensure they are user-friendly and responsive across various devices.
2. Application Development:
   • Develop, test, and deploy applications that support the service provider environment, including internal tools and customer-facing solutions.
   • Write clean, maintainable code in alignment with industry best practices and company standards.
   • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
3. API Integration:
   • Design and implement APIs to enable integration between various systems and applications.
   • Develop and maintain documentation for API usage, including integration guides and technical specifications.
   • Monitor and manage API performance and security, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange.
4. Collaboration and Support:
   • Work closely with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
   • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and internal teams, addressing any issues or concerns.
   • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Technical Research and Innovation:
   • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and enhance application performance.
   • Evaluate and recommend new technologies or methodologies to improve application development and integration processes.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
