Ezee Fiber is seeking a results-driven Regional Project Manager, Construction PMO with deep experience in fiber optic construction, networking, and large-scale telecommunications project delivery.
This role will lead and manage high-volume fiber deployment initiatives—including construction, dark fiber, lit transport, internet services, and FTTH—while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver hundreds of concurrent projects in one or more markets.
The Regional Project Manager will drive operational discipline, ensure data integrity, improve processes, and maintain strong executive-level communication with internal stakeholders and external customers. This individual must be comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment and managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project manager and business administration. or a related field. A Minimum of five years of Outside Plant (OSP) telecom construction and/or engineering project coordination experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the full fiber deployment lifecycle—from transport equipment to customer activation.
• Experience managing multiple high-volume projects concurrently.
• Experience with GIS-based software platforms.
• Experience with enterprise project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, SiteTracker, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to track milestones, identify at-risk deliverables, and drive corrective action.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and financial management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing direct reports.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred
• PMI-ACP - preferred
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) – preferred
• Fiber/OSP technical certifications – preferred
