Ezee Fiber is seeking a relationship-driven and results-oriented Account Manager, MPC to support the growth and expansion of the company’s fiber network through strategic partnerships with Master Planned Communities (MPCs), residential developers, builders, HOAs, POAs, and related stakeholders. This role is responsible for managing and expanding existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities that support market growth initiatives and long-term revenue generation.
The Account Manager, MPC serves as a key liaison between external partners and internal departments including Construction, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and ongoing account growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in managing complex business relationships within telecommunications, real estate development, construction, or related industries.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Education and Experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Minimum of 3–5 years of account management, business development, partnership management, telecommunications, real estate development, construction, or related experience required.
Experience working with residential developers, builders, HOAs, POAs, or Master Planned Communities preferred.
Strong relationship management and customer service skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Telecommunications, fiber broadband, or infrastructure industry experience preferred.
Valid Driver’s License

While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required daily to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to travel up to 40% to project sites, corporate office, vendor meetings, and other business locations as required.
