JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Enterprise Sales is responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic account expansion within assigned markets. This role oversees pipeline development, forecast accuracy, performance management, and regional execution of enterprise sales strategy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Sales Leadership & Performance 

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Engineers. 
• Establish clear KPIs, quotas, and accountability standards. 
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecasting sessions. 
• Provide hands-on support for complex deal strategy and negotiations. 
• Monitor team performance against revenue, margin, and activity metrics. 

Revenue Growth & Strategy 

• Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within strategic enterprise accounts. 
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management. 
• Identify high-value verticals and market opportunities. 
• Support pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Partner with Engineering and Construction to ensure seamless service delivery. 
• Collaborate with Marketing on enterprise demand generation initiatives. 
• Align with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and revenue tracking. 
• Escalate operational issues impacting enterprise clients. 

Customer & Market Engagement 

• Maintain executive-level relationships within key accounts. 
• Represent the company at industry events and networking engagements. 
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends. 

  

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises one or more employees.  Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required. Minimum of 7+ years of enterprise sales experience within telecommunications, fiber, or related industries, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team lead capacity. 

• Proven track record of exceeding enterprise revenue targets. 

• Experience leading high-performing sales teams. 

• Strong expertise in complex deal negotiation and multi-year contracts. 

• Deep understanding of enterprise connectivity and telecommunications solutions. 

• Strong financial and forecasting acumen. 

• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills. 

• CRM proficiency required.

 Valid Driver's License

The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds. 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to travel up to 20% within the assigned territory for customer meetings, vendor engagements, industry events, and visits to corporate office locations as required.
