The Director, Construction is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic execution, operational performance, and scalability of fiber construction initiatives across multiple markets. This leader will drive the successful delivery of large-scale telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, financial targets, and aggressive deployment timelines.
This role requires a highly accountable, solutions-oriented executive who can lead through complexity, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and build high-performing teams while delivering hundreds of concurrent projects with precision and speed.

Directly supervise one or more employees. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, plus 8-12 years of experience in OSP construction, fiber deployment, or telecommunications infrastructure. 10+ years of leadership experience, including managing leaders and large-scale, multi-market operations in telecommunication, fiber OSP construction, or residential field operations.
Valid Driver’s License
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to travel up to 50% to project sites, corporate offices, vendor meetings, and other business locations as required.
