JOB SUMMARY

The Enterprise OSP Engineering Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and coordinating Enterprise OSP engineering activities at Ezee Fiber. This role supports the planning, tracking, documentation, and execution of fiber engineering work associated with enterprise customer projects. The coordinator works closely with Enterprise OSP Engineering leadership, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional partners to maintain project visibility, support timely execution, and ensure accurate communication and documentation. This individual should be team- and goal-oriented, capable of self-direction, and able to work under minimal supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Compile and distribute Enterprise OSP engineering project progress reports, status updates, and tracking information to appropriate business units and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering vendors and contractors and monitor Enterprise project deliverables for quality, completeness, and timely completion.
• Support implementation of Enterprise OSP Engineering processes, workflows, and tracking tools and monitor progress against established milestones.
• Prepare and coordinate requests and creation of purchase orders supporting Enterprise OSP Engineering projects.
• Create and maintain Enterprise job numbers for project status tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Provide direct support to Enterprise OSP Engineering leadership, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a coordination point for communications between Enterprise OSP Engineering and internal and external project stakeholders.
• Review and verify vendor invoices and change orders for accuracy and alignment with Enterprise engineering work performed.
• Assist with project escalations, issue tracking, documentation, and internal research related to Enterprise OSP Engineering projects.
• Attend utility, engineering, construction, and project coordination meetings as required to support Enterprise fiber deployments.
• Performs other related duties and administrative duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience Requirements: Associate degree or higher in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in telecom permitting, Enterprise or OSP engineering coordination, fiber deployment, or infrastructure project management.

  • Strong understanding of telecom/fiber design, Enterprise network deployment, permitting processes, right-of-way requirements, and regulatory environments
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, site plans, and jurisdictional requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions without direct supervision
  • Ability to evaluate multiple variables and determine best course of action aligned with business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause and resolution
  • Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment and influence outcomes across teams
  • Exercises authority to prioritize permitting strategy across multiple projects based on business needs
  • Operates with minimal supervision, independently determining priorities and execution strategies
