We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team and oversee the installation of fiber optic networks in various locations. As an OSP construction manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, project managing, and supervising the construction activities of fiber optic cables, conduits, poles, splice cases, and other related equipment. You will also ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. To be successful as an OSP Construction Manager, you should have a strong background in fiber optic network design and construction, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You should also be familiar with the relevant codes, regulations, and industry’s best practices. You will report to the VP of Construction and Engineering and work closely with Construction Coordinators, managers, engineers, technicians, contractors, and customers.
Directly supervise one or more employees. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
