JOB SUMMARY

The Account Manager, MDU is responsible for managing and growing relationships within assigned multi-dwelling unit (MDU) properties. This role serves as the primary point of contact for property managers, ownership groups, and HOA/POA boards to ensure strong account retention, revenue growth, and service excellence. The Account Manager will drive penetration within existing properties, support new property launches, coordinate cross-functional execution, and deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with Ezee Fiber’s growth strategy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Account Management & Growth 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned MDU properties to achieve revenue and penetration targets.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for property managers, developers, and ownership groups.
  • Develop account plans to increase resident adoption and reduce churn.
  • Identify upsell opportunities including bulk agreements, renewals, and service expansions. 

Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong executive-level and onsite relationships within MDU properties.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with property stakeholders.
  • Oversee contract renewals and coordinate negotiation support as needed.
  • Represent Ezee Fiber at HOA/POA meetings, resident events, and property engagements. 

Cross-Functional Coordination 

  • Partner with Construction, Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding of new properties.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation campaigns and resident engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate service issue resolution and escalation management to protect customer satisfaction. 

 Performance & Reporting 

  • Monitor KPIs including penetration rates, churn, service levels, and revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and forecasting.
  • Provide regular reporting on account health and revenue performance. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in account management, MDU sales, property management partnerships, or telecommunications.  

  • Experience managing MDU or enterprise-level accounts.  
  • Strong understanding of bulk agreements and partnership models.  
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and retention targets. 
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • CRM proficiency required. 
  • Familiarity with fiber or telecommunications services preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to travel up to 50% to project sites, corporate office, vendor meetings, and other business locations as required.
