The Director, Construction Standards, Safety & Quality is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and upholding construction quality, safety, and compliance standards across all Ezee Fiber markets. This leader owns the policies, inspection criteria, audit program, and safety standards that every market builds to, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes as the company scales its fiber construction operations nationally.
This role requires a field-credible construction quality and safety leader who spends the majority of their time in the field validating standards, closing audit findings, and preventing issues in one market from recurring in another, rather than managing from a corporate office. Success in this role is measured by improved restoration and rework performance, timely closure of audit findings, and consistent quality outcomes market to market.

• Prepare and submit compliance reporting to municipal and state authorities, such as the ABQ Quarterly Report
Day-to-day market inspections, quality management, and field safety execution remain owned locally by market leadership; this role sets the standard those teams are held to and verifies it is being met.
